Fine Travel Albania DMC is a registered Albanian travel company and the owner and operator of the www.finetravelalbania.com and www.finealbania.com which offers a vast range of tourism and related services. Through our website we present our services with all the details including descriptions, prices and conditions.
Reservations
Reservations are considered such only after you as the customer accept our offer. This is mutually agreed after discussing the final program of travel and details of inclusions. The reservation is confirmed and final only after payment has been received according to payment terms in section 3 of these terms. After confirmation and payment, the cancellation terms in section 4 of this page will apply.
Payment Terms
The price you are given as the final price is the price you pay in total. Payment must be made only via bank transfer in the Fine Travel Albania DMC business account after receiving a pro-forma invoice from us. Payment must be received in full in the currency and exact amount stated in the invoice. The sender is responsible for any bank charges.
Individual Tours
Full payment must be received 30-21 days from the start date of the tour depending on the length of the tour.
Group Tours & MICE services
⁕ A deposit is customary and required to be paid 30 days prior to the start date of the service agreed.
⁕ Remaining payment is due before the start of the services, however the time of this payment is set in agreement with partners.
In some cases to confirm and guarantee a reservation in peak time or for extremely popular destinations or tours, you may be required to prepay a portion of it as a deposit a lot earlier than the timescale set in points 3.1 and 3.2 above. In these cases the remaining balance must be settled according to points 3.1 or 3.2 whichever applies.
Cancellation Policy, Claims & Refunds
The Client may cancel or change the prepaid reservation or other service, but this may result in cancellation or reservation change fees, set by the service providers. The same may apply to early interruption of reserved services not due to any faulty action on the part of Fine Travel Albania DMC.
For tours, meetings, conferences, events or other services provided by Fine Travel Albania DMC the following cancellation policy will apply:
a. If the reservation is cancelled/amended 30 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then a full refund will be given, minus bank transfer charges.
b. If the reservation is cancelled/amended 30 to 21 days, prior to the arrival date, a 30 % penalty of the total amount paid will apply.
c. If the reservation is cancelled/amended 21 to 7 days, prior to the arrival date, a 50 % penalty of the total amount paid will apply
d. If the reservation is cancelled/amended less than 7 days prior to the arrival date a non-refund will apply.
e. In case of no shows or early interruption of services a strict non-refund rule will apply.
Refund Policy
The following refund policy will apply to cancellation of services:
a. If the Client proves that the cancellation or early interruption was made in time and according to the cancellation policy set forth in section 4, we will refund the whole amount paid.
b. In case of force majeure, government acts, war, revolutions that prohibit the normal delivery of services, we will refund the total amount pre-paid.
Currency & Exchange Rates
Prices displayed in the Websites include all local applicable taxes and are in Euro.
Liability Disclaimer
The information, software, products, and services published on www.finetravelalbania.com and www.finealbania.com are compiled in good faith. However, they may contain inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors.
Fine Travel Albania expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, we will offer the Client the opportunity to keep his pending reservation at the correct price or, at his option; we will cancel his reservation without penalty.
Fine Travel Albania disclaims all warranties and conditions that this website, its servers or any email sent from Fine Travel Albania Websites, are free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Fine Travel Albania, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to display of or use of this website, including, but not limited to, your reliance upon opinions appearing on this web site; any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products, and services obtained through this website whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Fine Travel Albania, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If, despite the limitations Fine Travel Albania, is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then Fine Travel Albania will in no event exceed, in aggregate (1) the amount the Client has paid for one of our services conform the term and conditions presented herein, or (2) Five-Hundred Euro (€500.00). The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties and limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed its essential purpose.
Indemnification
The Client agrees to defend and indemnify Fine Travel Albania and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers , directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
(1) the Client’s breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;
(2) the Client’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
(3) the Client’s use of this Website.
Copyright Protection and Enforcement
Fine Travel Albania is an exclusive owner of the general and executable project, and all software applications and content of www.finetravelalbania.com and www.finealbania.com. The contents that are not in possession of Fine Travel Albania are identified as such in these terms and conditions and/or websites. Most photographs, are the exclusive ownership of Fine Travel Albania. The copyright to all materials on the above-mentioned websites belongs to Fine Travel Albania. The user and the visitor of Websites cannot copy or use the information for profitable purposes without the knowledge and written permission of Fine Travel Albania. All rights are reserved. The permission is given by Fine Travel Albania only through prior agreement in writing. With the exception of those mentioned in this section, all other uses of material from this website are strictly prohibited. All perpetrators will be prosecuted based on local and international copyright laws.
Changing terms of use
Fine Travel Albania holds the right to change the terms of use at any moment without previous notice. Changes take effect at the moment of denunciation. Visitors are obligated to notice those changes and adapt to them.
